CLASS TYPES

Gaia Yoga offers a diverse teaching style based on the      YogaFit method. 

All group classes can accommodate students of all abilities and ages in the same class, or classes can be tailored to a specific group for specific needs. Class content includes an eclectic blend of Iyengar, Kripalu and Kundalini Yoga. Students can choose to have the class emphasize physical postures (Hatha Yoga), spiritual Yoga concepts, breath work and meditation, or a mix.
